DONT BE LATE. Arrive early enough to be able to navigate through the crowds of patrons. Patrons arriving after the start of the show will be seated in the rear of the theatre until the opening act is completed. At that time you will be escorted to your seats by an usher. At no other time will late comers be seated.

DONT HOLD UP THE LINE. Stand off to the side if you want to socialize.

TURN OFF ALL DEVICES. Before entering the theatre, turn off all cell phones, smart watches and other electronic devices that may interrupt the show.

NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED. There shall be no food or drinks allowed in the theatre except for bottled water. Please dispose of your refuse when you leave the theatre.

NO TALKING DURING THE SHOW. Please do not talk during the performance so others may hear.

???NO VIDEO RECORDING OR FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY.

SEATS Seats are assigned unless otherwise noted. All patrons must sit in their assigned seats.

DRESS CODE Theatre Dress Code for Live Performances - Patrons will not be admitted to the Palace Theatre if they are wearing shorts, gym leggings, t-shirts, tank tops or flip flops at any time. For our gentlemen, collared shirts are required or a jacket over non-collared shirts.

DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR. Any patron displaying disruptive behavior, abusive language or actions will be removed from the theatre. Tickets will not be refunded.

SAFETY. Help create a safe environment by remaining in your seat at the end of the performance until all house lights are turned up.

VIP ACCESS. VIP disabled access will close promptly at the scheduled start time of the show. If you arrive after the start time of the show, you must enter through the main lobby.

PARKING. Parking is not allowed in the 3 closest parking spots closest to the Artists Entrance. They are reserved for our guest entertainers. Theatre patrons are not allowed to enter through the Artists Entrance.

SMOKING. Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the Palace Theatre or within 50 feet of the entrances.

MASKS. Masks are optional in the Palace Theatre unless otherwise directed by the KPIT board. Please check in advance.

HEARING DEVICES. For patrons with hearing difficulties, we offer infrared hearing devices. Submit your Kings Point Member ID card or your drivers license at the Palace Theatre box office prior to the show. Your ID/license will be held until the hearing device is returned.

WALKERS. Walkers are not allowed in the aisle. Our ushers will put aside all walkers during the show and return them at the end of the show or as needed by the patron.

AGE RESTRICTIONS. No one under the age of 18 is allowed at any performance.

SERVICE ANIMALS - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, fully trained Service Dogs are welcome. Ticket holder shall present proper documentation that the dog is certified.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. ESAs are not allowed in the Palace Theatre.
